Im impressed with the way this app handles most of my tasks Adding information, notes and signing documents works very smooth. I appreciate that it lets me save my signature and keep it in sync with my other device. I would give this app a very high mark for being so well thought out and great attention to details.

The upgrades keep making it better & better. My ".pdf" files are more organized now & I can do what I need faster & easier. Kudos to the development team!

This app would be perfect if you could combine forms and manage pages. Other then that I have used the app to create and manage a intensive inspection report archive for about 5 years now and it has worked flawlessly for what it does.

Makes filling out forms very easy on an iPhone or even better on an iPad!

Works seemlessly

Nice product, liked it very much but then I had to add a signature to a document and the app crashed every time I tried... As I needed to get things done I switched to PDF Expert 5 which worked flawlessly.

Several major bugs make the app useless to me. Among the major problems is that it is not possible to add custom text in drop-downs that also include a custom text option. This is a very common feature of fillable forms. The inability to enter custom text makes the app useless on those forms. The reset button on forms also doesnt work. Tapping the reset button causes the app to ask you to confirm that you want to reset the form but when you confirm, it doesnt reset the form. PDF Expert is an alternative that actually works.

I have several PDF apps to manage manuals, documents and information. PDF Forms is, bar none, the best app to fill in documents using text or free hand drawing. Once data is entered it is also easy to go back and edit text or graphics. It works flawlessly on my iPhone 6.

Outstanding app. I dont have to use it every day but when I do use it it works flawlessly every time I need it.

5 Star reviews are so cliche. Wish there was a 10star I could give you. Imagine that you can actually sign and send off your documents without having to print a hard copy, sign, scan again etc.. How cool is that?
